Ken possesses various underwriting and broker related expertise and experiences in the industry and is one of the General Committee Members of The Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers ("CIB") .

Ken graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is currently a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and a Dip CII holder of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
